Speaking to the CT, Cameron said: "Chris Coleman said to me before he left that he would have a look at me in the pre-season games and although he won't be there now the new manager will hopefully give me a chance.
"We play Nuneaton on July 14 and it would be a great occasion for me to play in that one
"I have to see what I can produce and who knows what could happen.
"I am just looking forward to having a break in the summer and then coming back for pre-season strong and to hit the ground running."
"I would love to break into the Coventry team and get some Championship games but my main aim next season is probably to go out on loan and get a bit more experience.
