Carl Dickinson has said that he would play for Coventry City again given the chance.

Dickinson made seven appearances for the Sky Blues before his loan expired and he was forced to return to parent club Watford due to City not being able to extend his contract whilst under their latest transfer embargo.

Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner, Dickinson said: “I’ll get my head down at Watford and see what happens from there.

" I have got another year on my contract. I don’t know what the situation is there or at Coventry – if an opportunity ever came up here I’d certainly be interested, but it’s all ifs, buts and maybes.
