Coventry City new boy David Bell has insisted that he is better on the right flank than the left.
Bell joined City from Norwich after being persued by Chris Coleman and Ray Ranson for some considerable time and due to the weather, he has only trained three times and played twice against Derby and Wolves.
"Although I am currently playing on the left wing, my best position is on the right," said the former Luton man to the CT.
"I actually went to Luton as a central midfielder and then, when they sold Carlos Edwards to Sunderland, I was put out wide on the right for a couple of seasons and that's where I was playing when Luton sold me to Norwich.
"But then I went to Carrow Road and played on the left because we had Matty Pattison who is a left footer on the right and I really couldn't understand it.
"Then Lee Croft went on the right and me on the left but again I couldn't understand it because we had about four natural left footed players.
"Chris Coleman has said that he has signed me as a right midfield player and that's where I will play eventually, but he just wants me to do a job for the team at the moment on the left and I am more than happy to do that."
Bell will miss the FA Cup game at Blackburn as he is cup-tied but will be available for the trip to Burnley next Tuesday night.
