Coventry City's latest signing Gary Deegan has said that he is looking forward to playing for the Sky Blues.
Deegan, completed the 90k euros move from Bohemians of Dublin yesterday and told the club website: "My stay has been great so far. All the lads have been good to me and made me feel welcome so I've enjoyed the short amount of time I've been here.
"From what I've seen so far, English football is that little bit quicker and you have to be a little bit sharper on the ball but if I can get 15 or 20 minutes to settle myself in I'm very much looking forward to that style of play.
"I hope I can come here and add a bit of bite, get a bit ratty and unsettle players but I like to get forward as well so hopefully I can give the manager another attacking option and hopefully get a few goals as well.
"I really enjoyed my time at Bohemians and it's great to feel that I went out on a high with them having won the league and the cup. I just hope that I can help Coventry keep their recent run of form going.
"They won three from the last four games and the last two at home on the bounce so I'm hoping I can help them continue that form."
