Leyton Orient Manager Russell Slade admitted to be proud of his team after their 1-0 win at Coventry City
"I'm really proud," Slade said to the Press Association. "I was choked with the effort. They couldn't have done any more.
"In the second half, to be fair to Coventry, they pressed us more than in the first half and we were struggling to get out of out own half at times, but we were blocking, we were defending manfully.
"The bench was very slim so I didn't have many options from that point of view and couldn't help them so I'm delighted with what they achieved.
"We were a little bit careless in the second half when we had one or two moments, but there is no criticism of anybody out there, they gave their lot for the cause.
"We wanted to take it to the last day of the season, we haven't quite done that, but to be seventh is still something to be proud of."
