Indian international defender Anwar Ali will be featuring during Coventry City's family fun day this afternoon at the Ricoh Arena.
The defender will take part in the training session this afternoon which is due to start at 2pm and Ali who has been brought to Coventry for a visit by Jas Sandhu and Alan Malik as part of the ccfcasia initiative and he told Sky Blue Player: "I am very excited. "The team I play for in India is similar to Kettering. Coventry play at a different level.
"I have been made to feel very welcome here and I am enjoying seeing the differences between the game in India and in England.
"In India, a foul is given if you use your hand only slightly on your opponent. Here in England it is much more physical. Everyone is pushing and pulling. : "I can't thank Coventry City enough for this amazing experience."
Anwar will be in Coventry University Square at 4pm on Friday to sign autographs and have photos taken with fans of Indian football.
