Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has injury concerns over a number of players going into tomorrow's home game with Doncaster Rovers.
Pressley has concerns over Steven Jennings (calf), Cyrus Christie (ankle), David Bell (virus), Jordan Willis (ankle) and has said that the groin strain keeping out Richard Wood has still not been fully overcome by the defender
“Woody has made progress but still not there yet,” said Steven Pressley to the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner.
“He came into training last week but is still doing work with the physio so we are still exceptionally thin on the ground.
“It’s been a horrendous few weeks for injuries but that’s football and it’s all about finding solutions. But the encouraging thing for me is there is good progress being make in the Under-21s group as well which bodes well for the future of the football club because it’s about moving the club on.
“There are some young and hungry players in the development squad and that’s the culture we want to create here. And if we lose a player to injury we have one to come in.
“Every point counts and we always have to find a way. That’s the great thing about football and although we’re suffering with injuries just now we must always find a way to get a performance and result, and that’s what we’ll work towards.”
U18's defender Ryan Haynes has been added to the City squad.
Doncaster are without Martin Woods, Paul Keegan and David Syers.
