Covsupport N.I. have worries over Adrian Scott for their game at Highfield Road against Cleo's All Stars tomorrow night at 7pm.
Scotty picked up a broken toe in training and is only rated as "doubtful" for the game. "I'm gutted for the lad" said Kev Monks, the Covsupport N.I. manager. "The lads have put in a lot of training and organisation to make this happen and I feel for Scotty. "However, his assistance to me on the bench will be invaluable."
Injury Worry For Covsupport
The game has been organised by Covsupport NI Skipper Brian Adair, one of the biggest City supporters in Northern Ireland.
"I think I'm sometimes mad watching Coventry City but to say Brian is Coventry City mad is an understatement," said Monks.
"Every game I go to be it first team, reserves or Academy, Brian is on the phone finding out the score and team-line up. For him this is a dream come true. He has worked so hard to get a team together, get the match sorted, organise training sessions, get the sponsors etc.
"I'd give anything to be able to play and I'm so glad that Brian and the rest of the team will be able to do that for me. "These boys are spending a lot of money to take part and I'll be doing my best to ensure that in 2005,a Northern Irish victory is recorded on English soil."
