Coventry City Academy's Head Of Coaching Richard Stevens has said that the call up of Academy players reflects well on City's Academy.
Cian Harries and George Thomas featured for Wales U16 in a tournament over the last few days and Stevens told Kieran Crowley: "We have had quite a few internationals from the Academy over the years with Shaun Jeffers, Conor Thomas and others representing England at Academy level.
"It helps our reputation when players get called up to represent their country and have a successful time like Cian (Harries) and George (Thomas) have had.
"It keeps our club and Academy in the minds of those international FA's and we hope to see more players making the grade at international level in the future."
