Coventry City manager Chris Coleman said that coming back to snatch a 2-2 home draw against Middlesbrough this afternoon felt like a victory.

I'm delighted with that result because we showed fight to come back against one of the best teams in the league in my eyes," Coleman said to the club website.

"We didn't really give the fans anything to shout about for the first 45 minutes and I thought we showed them far too much respect and to be honest it could have been more than two at half time.

"But the fans were fantastic in the second half, they really got behind us, we changed a few things at half time and I was delighted with the way the boys responded.

"It was a good squad performance today. I'm sure everyone will be talking about Clinton and Besty scoring but I'd rather leave them alone to carry on with what they are doing. I thought Michael McIndoe put a great shift for us and everyone did their job. It felt like a win in the end.
