Many City supporters had high hopes for Eastwood this season but the striker signed in the summer from Wolves has so far not lived up to his full potential.
"I am enjoying my football although I don't feel I am playing anywhere near as well as I should be," said Eastwood to the CT.
"I expected to hit top form but it has been a really tough season for me because I don't think I am playing as well as I was for Wolves last season to be honest but I will have a look at it and obviously change something in my game to get the goal scorer back.
"I have have talked to the manager over the course of the season and told him I am disappointed not to be scoring more goals but he has stuck by me and knows I will eventually start scoring whether that is this season or next season now.
"This season, I have only scored three goals but I will work really hard in the summer and be a lot fitter and sharper than I was at the start of this season and hopefully kick on."
