The 21 year old striker has scored thirty goals in 52 matches for The Irons and has also played for Southend, Hereford United for whom he scored twelve goals in 19 matches and Grays Athletic.
Media reports link City with a £2m bid and there are also reports that Fulham are are interested in the Loughton born forward.
