Keane To Take Charge Against City

As expected, Ipswich Town have announced Roy Keane has their new manager.

The former player with Cobh, Nottingham Forest, Manchester United and Celtc was last in management at Sunderland before resigning on December 4th and has signed a two year deal with the Suffolk based club.

Keane is expected to be given funds in order to get the club promoted next season and will watch from the stand as Ipswich travel to Cardiff on Saturday before having eight days to get to know the players before they take on Coventry City at Portman Road on Sunday May 3rd at 1.15pm.
