The French keeper has conceded just three goals in five appearances since joining the club in September as cover for Scott Shearer and Gavin Ward.
"We're delighted Pegguy has signed for the remainder of the season and he agreed to the original terms we put forward," Coventry chief executive Graham Hover told the club's official website.
