Liam Kelly said that he could have had a hat-trick in Friday night's 3-1 win for Coventry City against Stevenage.
Kelly told the media about his first goal for the Sky Blues which came in the 36th minute with a neat finish: "it was nice to get on the scoresheet for the first time this season.
“The ball just came back to me and I thought I’d just strike it, and managed to catch it sweet and saw it fly into the bottom corner, so I am more than happy.
“I probably could have had a hat-trick to be honest with you.
“I hit the bar and I had another chance when it could have been three before half-time, but it was a pleasing day.”
