Khali Fadiga is ready for regular first team football if Iain Dowie gives him the nod. The midfielder who is on a contract until the end of the season has only been a sub so far but hopes to get a start.
Speaking to the CT,the former Senegal international who has played for Bolton and Club Brugge amongst others said: "I don't think about two weeks or three weeks, just the next game and making sure I am ready, ready, ready.
Khalli Is Ready
"My target is to start in the next game but it is no problem for me that I have not started a game yet because it is better for me that I come to a team that has been winning.
"I am enjoying being here very much. "There are very good people here, both players and staff, and the fans here are very friendly so I like Coventry.
"I know Dowie and he likes me very much. "I know him from before when I was at Bolton and I was captain of Senegal in the World Cup.
"Last year I injured my knee and didn't play for ten months but then Dowie called and I am playing for the last few months. "People know what I can do. "Football people know. Everyone knows my pedigree so there is no problem for me."
