According to Les Reid, fifteen Labour rebels could vote against the proposal by Coventry City Council to sell 90% of their share in the Ricoh Arena to London Wasps Rugby Club.
Mr Reid has tweeted: "Sources say maybe 15 Labour rebels so far from 43 on Ricoh Wasps vote & council leader Lucas saying "back me or sack me"
The vote is expected to take place tomorrow.
