Coventry City Ladies Reserves have been ordered by the FA to replay their WPL Reserve Section Division Two game away to Doncaster Rovers Belles.
City were 2-0 up, in the match which was abandoned in the 55th minute following the Rovers keeper breaking her leg and the referee deciding that due to the length of time for the ambulance to arrive, there was not enough time to play the rest of the game.
Originally, the Sky Blues had been given a 2-0 victory but Doncaster appealed to an FA Appeals Board and won their case. City officials are less than happy with the decision and now face having to find £600 for a coach and the expenses of physios etc for the game which will be played on Sunday March 27th.
