League leaders Wolves won 1-4 at Swindon with Coventry City defector Leon Clarke scoring their fourth goal after coming on as a second half substitute. Second place Leighton Orient ran out 2-0 winners at Port Vale.
Bristol City continue their rise up the table with a 2-1 win over Peterborough and join Coventry City on 41 points. Third place Brentford also won 2-0 over relegation threatened Tranmere Rovers.
Colchester, who beat City last Saturday, went down 2-0 at home to Bradford City. Notts County stay bottom after going down 1-3 to MK Dons who rise to 7th place, 3 point off the play off places.
Rotherham strengthened their claim to a play off place with a 2-0 win at Oldham and now sit on 65 points in fifth place.
Shrewsbury and Crawley played out a 1-1 draw. Walsall also drew 1-1 with Crewe. Stevenage also drew 1-1 with Preston but the draw is enough to keep Stevenage above the drop zone on goal difference.
