Mifsud's contract with Coventry City ends on June 30th whilst Whing has been offered a new two year deal at Brighton after being nominated as Player Of The Year last season.
The Maltese international signed by Micky Adams made 86 appearances for City whilst Whing was a product of City's Academy and scored the last ever League goal at Highfield Road. He was released by Iain Dowie in 2007.
