Coventry City forward Leon Clarke has said that City rode their luck at times but got their rewards after coming back to beat Preston.
Speaking to Sky Sports after scoring the winner for Coventry in a 3-2 JPT Northern Area Semi-Final against Preston North End, Clarke, who was named the JPT Man Of The Match, said:"It was epic. It was backs to the wall, everyone kept on going, the boys dug in and we got our just rewards. We rode our luck at times but the boys kept on going.
"I have joined a great club. From the day I got here the boys have been brilliant with me and welcomed me. "This is a massive club, you can see the fans and its great to be here."
Speaking about who City might play in the two legged Area Final, Clarke added: "Bradford are doing well against Villa but we will just enjoy the moment and wait and see what game we have to play."
