Coventry City will play less matches on a Sunday next season.
This season, the Sky Blues have had to play second fiddle to Northampton Town despite being in a higher division when it comes to matches and have had to play matches on a Sunday and Wednesday night in order to avoid home fixtures for the Cobblers.
For next season, unless there has been a massive shift in the current stance and the Sky Blues have returned to the Ricoh Arena, the Football League and The Football Conference if Northampton do drop down a division, will stagger the fixtures at Sixfields so that City and the Cobblers will play on alternative Saturdays.
