Ash Green and Exhall come under Warwickshire County Council and Coventry City Council's exclusion zone does not apply to them, despite them being with 500 metres of the Arena.
There was much concern that neither Coventry Council or the police attended the meeting and both the Coventry and Warwickshire Councils were accused of "doing nothing to ensure that their streets would not be over run by soccer fans on match days".
