Said the City boss after the defeat by Doncaster:"This is going to be a long hard season for us again.
"We're not there - not even near there - in terms of saying 'right,we are going to have an assault on this league because we're that good'.
"We are a good team for this league when we are firing on all cylinders but we weren't on Saturday. "There were plenty of home truths afterwards because we won our first two games and it is a case of 'here we go' and I kept saying that our target is fifteen points from ten games.
"But that is if we are serious about being in the top half of the table. If not and we all think we have arrived after a few games - we will be where we were last season because that's what happens."
