The meeting which comes after a previous meeting had slated the Green Travel Plan, will be held at St Thomas Church Hall,Hurst Lane in Longford on March 2nd at 7pm.
Members of the City Council,police/ fire service as well as from Arena Coventry will be in attendance.
Longford's Independent Councillor Val Stone told the CET: "None of us want the stadium to become a white elephant. We all want to see it succeed. But people in the surrounding communities know their neoghbourhoods will be gridlocked on match days and are fearful about what problems the stadium will bring."
