According to Swedish media reports, Martin Lorentzson will sign for Coventry City.
The 31 year old Swede has told the Swedish press that he will be back at the Sky Blues today and said: "It felt good and it was an incredible experience that got to be there. Coventry is a traditional club that had many great players in the past.
"I'm very excited about getting to be part of such a storied English club Coventry City. It will be very inspiring! I got a very good sense of the team and the club when I was there and trained so I am really looking forward to get started and contribute both on and off the field.
His agent Niclas Ek Wagnsson Sports & Entertainment is pleased that the deal is in place and said in a press release.
"It feels good for all of us that it finally became clear. Martin comes to a classic English club that is also Swedish-friendly historically.
"Since Martin left AIK and Åtvidabergs FF, he has been very close with some really good clubs and we are delighted that he will now have to come to a new country and a new challenge outside of Scandinavia, which has been his goal all along.
"Coventry manager Tony Mowbray has experience of fine clubs and really wanted Martin so now we hope that Martin will be a cornerstone of the team that will take Coventry back to the Championship."
