"We are still working very hard to bring new people in and I am still hopeful of getting John Collins," said McAllister.
"We can't afford to pay his wages so we are trying to come to an agreement as to the percentage that we pay while he is with us.
“John is keen to join us and we will just have to wait and see what happens.”
