Gary Madine has said that he would like to extend his loan at Coventry City.
Madine is due to return to Sheffield Wednesday at the end of this month but would be happy to extend his contract.
Madine told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner: “I’ve got two games left, Colchester away and Walsall at home.
“I take each game as it comes. An extension hasn’t been mentioned yet but I’m sure something will be sorted out when the time comes.
“I just love playing football and one of the main reasons for coming here to Coventry was the real interest Steven Pressley showed. He really wanted me here. I need to feel loved and he gave me that.
“And I’d be happy to extend my stay if that’s what Coventry want and Sheffield Wednesday are OK about it.”
