Making mistakes is part of the game says City fitness coach John Harbin.
The Yorkshireman feels that the players should not be punished for making mistakes saying: "One observation we made when we first arrived was that confidence was very low because they were losing matches because of mistakes they were making," said the man nicknamed "Uncle".
"We have taken that pressure away by letting the players know that we are not going to criticise them for making mistakes.
Making Mistakes Is Part Of The Game - Harbin
"We will criticise lack of effort but not mistakes. We told them to go out there and enjoy it and make mistakes, plenty of them, because if you are making mistakes it means you are working hard.
"If you are working hard and make a mistake then you are likely to work even harder to atone for it. And players working hard is what we have got - they have given everything so far and we are happy with that."
