The Liverpool born centre half has featured regularly for Birmingham City since his move from Coventry in June 2009.
Dann made 47 appearances for the Sky Blues and scored three goals, but he along with Danny Fox were allowed to leave the club due to cost cutting measures by City Chairman Ray Ranson.
