Former Coventry City forward Marcus Tudgay has signed for Sutton Coldfield Town.
The striker was not offered a new deal by the Sky Blues, with whom he spent three season with after spells at Forest, Derby Sheffield Wednesday and Barnsley.
Speaking about his move to the Northern Premier League club, who play at Coles Lane and today face Mickleover Sports, The Royals Assistantant manager Steve Hinks said, "It's great news that we have been able to get Marcus on board with us after he left Coventry at the end of last season.
"He will bring a touch of class and experience to our side that will help others around him".
