Three judges found that the case against King who appealed against the conviction and trained this morning with his City team-mates was "strong" and said that "We have no doubt that this conviction is safe."
King has already signed the Sex Offenders Register and has had to pay his victim £3,125 and served nine months of an eighteen month sentence.
