Marriott Leaves

Goalkeeper Andy Marriott has left Coventry to go on trial with Oldham Athletic. The Welsh international keeper had signed a month's loan extension earlier this month but Peter Reid brought in Luke Steele from Manchester United on the proviso that he played first team matches and Marriott's days were numbered despite some excellent performances for the reserves in his four league appearances and one friendly.
