Former Coventry City defender Martin Cranie is one of three players who have been made available for transfer by Barnsley FC.
The Tykes have wielded the axe following their relegation to League One and have already released fourteen players including Jim O'Brien who joined the Sky Blues on Friday.
Now, they are prepared to off-load three of their biggest earners including last season's top scorer Chris O'Grady, defender Tom Kennedy and Cranie who was the team's captain.
