Mike McGinnity said "he just about had enough of Mr Dhinsa" on in a phone in on Radio WM. Mr McGinnity again reiterated hs desire for Mr Dhinsa to prove his finance and were confirmed that the club debts were not better no worse than the figures published in the club accounts.
He also asked GMK's Neville Hadsley to say "sorry" for the offensive post which appeared on the GMK website. Neville said that his letter to solicitors acting on behalf of the club had included an apology and that he removed the offending post as a breach of confidence and was awaiting a reply from the club. Mr McGinnity had accepted that website owners are unable to manage their messageboards 24/7.

Mr Dhinsa also appeared on the programme saying he had 16 death threats and he was willing to provide every piece of information that the club wanted including crediblity and funding guarantees. He apologised for letting the fans down after the bid on November 30th failed to happen but said that they were not certain that the debt was what the club accountants had actually stated. Subject to a letter from the club's solicitors, he would prepared to reverse number one and two on his Way Forward stated.
