David McGoldrick was decidedly non-commital when asked if he had any thoughts about what will happen in January after his stay at Coventry City expires.
McGoldrick's loan from Nottingham Forest ends on January 3rd and speaking to Club Journalist Keiren Crowley, McGoldrick said: “I haven’t given any thought to that really. We have still got October, November and December to go through and anything could happen in that time.
“At the minute I am just concentrating on the football and with the game at York tomorrow, I am just hoping to get some minutes and work on scoring more goals for the club.
“But I am playing football here and the manager seems to like me. I am getting a great relationship with the fans and this is a great football club.
“I would never say no to Coventry if something came through in January but you never know what Forest are thinking. But also you don’t know what they are thinking here so not everything is in my hands.
“Forest has kept in touch with me since coming here and I still have a good relationship with the people down there. I think they have come to a few games so we will see what happens in January.”
