Former Coventry City loanee David McGoldrick made his Ipswich Town debut on Saturday.
McGoldrick who joined Town on loan until the rest of the season, played the final thirty minutes of a 2-1 defeat at Aston Villa in an FA Cup Third Round tie, when he replaced Emmanuel-Thomas.
