According to The Daily Record and Daily Mirror, former Coventry City player Michael McIndoe 'threatened' an agency boss who was chasing up his money after McIndoe hired thirty models for lavish parties and failed to pay for them.
The Daily Mirror are quoting Mode International Management booking agent Katherine Perry as saying: “The models do promotional modelling where they’re booked to stand looking pretty in places.
“He originally wanted to book 20 girls for Saturday and 20 more for the Sunday.
"I got him 15 for each day. It is probably one of the largest bookings we have done.
“The cost was put together for each girl and he has never paid it. I tried to contact him several times a day but he just avoided my calls.
“We chased the club and all of his assistants for six months straight then suddenly our emails were getting bounced back and he had done a runner.
“That is 30 models not paid and we’re the ones supposed to be looking after them.
“He signed a contract, as does everyone we do business with, but obviously that didn’t mean anything to him.”
