More rumours tonight and it is the one linking the Sky Blues with a move for Reading midfielder David Meyler.
Another Cork born footballer, Meyler has played for Cork City, Sunderland and Hull City, for whom he made around 150 appearances before joining the Royals.
Meyler is 29 and one of a number of players along side former Coventry City striker Marc McNulty, who have been cast aside by Reading's latest manager.
