Micky Understands Criticism

Micky Adams has said that he understands the booing and chanting for his head which occured during Boxing Day's defeat by Ipswich Town.

Said Adams to the club website: "I understand the criticism - it goes with the territory. You either shy away from it or work doubly hard to try and change it round.

"It is something I have experienced at this Club before and I think I was in a similar situation last year but we were possibly lower down and had less points in the league. We turned it round then and we will have the opportunity to turn it around again.

"One win won't change people's perceptions but that has got to be over a number of games. It will boost confidence and relieve a little bit of pressure on the squad and we have got to be ready for it."
