The midfielder told the CET: "I am sure Micky will get the right people in this summer.
"I am sure he will know exactly what he is going to do. "He has had three promotions so he knows exactly what to do to get a team in a position for promotion and fighting to go up.
"I think there will be only good things next season. The club have got some very good players already here and if he can add to that it will become even better.
"I think Micky knows how many he needs and deep down inside I am sure he is thinking of three of four to make it a stronger squad and I am sure he will get the people he wants."
