Michael Mifsud is remaining silent about his footballng future.

The forward, currently training with City's U18's following the collapse of a move to Bristol City, had been offered the chance by Coventry City boss Chris Coleman to come out and say whether he wanted to play for the Sky Blues or not.

Mifsud is known to be unhappy at being forced to play wide right and had told Chris Coleman a few weeks ago that his future lay elsewhere.

With the transfer window closing at the end of this month, City need to know whether they can command a fee for Mifsud who scored seventeen times or if he will stay until the end of his contract and leave on a free.

"Michael is not fit enough to be on the bench," said Chris Coleman to the CT.

"He's missed a lot of training, missed games, and he was talking to Bristol City for a week so his fitness levels are nowhere near those of the first-team boys. "But the chairman and I spoke to him and his representatives this week and told him we need to know what he wants to do now."
