Sam Ricketts has said that the mood has been good amongst the Coventry City players this week despite the loss at Bury on Saturday.
Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph at this lunchtime's press conference, Ricketts said: "The mood has been really good this week, as it has ever since I came to the club.
"We probably would have liked to have had a game on Tuesday to play a game straight away after a frustrating result.
"Football is generally about very fine margins and the weekend was one of those. We had 17 shots and that would generally be enough to win any game. We didn't convert enough of those and allowed Bury to score two.
"We looked at the first goal we conceded on Saturday and analysed it, spoke about it as a group and it was just a naive goal to give away.
"But we have to move on.
"I think we have had a very good start to the season and merited most of the points we've earned."
