Simon Jordan has issued a new High Court action against now Coventry City manager Iain Dowie.
The Crystal Palace Chairman claims that Iain Dowie has failed to honour a £350,000 peace settlement agreed on September 11th and issued a writ on Friday in the High Court seeking specific performance of the agreement and a court declaration that the agreement is legally binding.
