Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that the players voicing their opinion in the dressing room after a game is a good thing.
Mowbray told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner after the players had a discussion following the loss at Bury: “I think it’s healthy. When I first arrived I was quite, not taken aback, but interested to see how the dressing room functioned; who was shouting, who was doing what and who were the voices in there.
“I think the voices have changed. There are obviously some senior players in there and different personalities so the dynamic of the dressing room has changed but I think it’s healthy.
“We’re trying to raise the bar as high as we can. We went to Bury expecting to win so there was a frustration afterwards in the dressing room because you feel it as a footballer, especially when you’re in control and never really felt threatened.
“We were creating chances but were wasteful, and wasteful of possession at times as well, and the best teams win those matches.”
