Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said Saturday's opponents Colchester United must be respected.
Speaking to Tom Bloomfield at this lunchtime's press conference, Mowbray said: "Colchester are another hard working side and it will be a tight game like every game has been under my tenure.
"Our young players have not had a lot of experience, but Colchester have a young team too. League One is not awash with money, that's why every team has an organised, young group of honest players.
"Colchester have won their last two games. They were always seen as the little club down the road when I was at Ipswich but we have to respect them."
