According to BBC Radio Sheffield, former Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray is in line to be the next manager of Chesterfield.
Mowbray, who has managed at Middlesbrough, Celtic and West Brom, resigned from the Sky Blues in September after saying he could not take the club any further.
BBC Radio Sheffield are reporting that Mowbray could be named as the replacement for Danny Wilson in the next twenty four hours.
