Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that he does not change formations in order to stop the opposition.
Mowbray told Laura Hunter at this morning's press conference: "I dont necessarily change formations to stop the opposition.
"It's a very tactical thing. Some managers play out of possession football, I have never done that. I play my own system.
" My job is to sell the game plan to the team. The more experienced players will have a voice and we discuss things but there is always a logic behind it.
"It's very difficult on the training ground to plan for where the game will be at a given point of a decision.
"Obviously, we plan for a 10-man game, in case there is a red card But you can't plan for where the game will be."
