Mowbray Not Given Up On The Play-Offs

Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that he has not given up on the play-offs.

City have dropped to eleventh in the table and need to win the majority if not all of their remaining matches in order to take one of the berths.

Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph at this morning's press conference, Mowbray said: “The table doesn’t look very good at the moment but things can change.

“When you look at our last 15 games or so it suggests we’re not going to win the next six but things do change.

“Even though we’re playing well at times we’ve not been winning. I am not sitting here and saying we’ve given up because we will go to Wigan and be positive, try to get a result.”
