Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has thanked the 535 City supporters who spent valuable time and money in order to see the Sky Blues lose 2-0 at Barnsley on Tuesday night.
Mowbray told the Coventry Telegraph: “I thank the fans who came here tonight and I hope they stick with us because we’ve got to try to win the next game and build some belief going into the last bit of the season.
"I’m disappointed because I expect so much from them.
"But sometimes when the chips are down, as in life, you’ve got to react, stand up and be a man, and that’s what we’ve got to aim at over the next few weeks.”
